Our AC (Asbestos Cement) Pressure Pipes are made from a mixture of Cement and imported Asbestos (fibre). These materials are compressed by steel rollers which makes them into a laminated material with immense strength, density and sustainability. We make pipes with nominal diameters of 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm. The normal lengths of these pipes are 4m and they are manufactured in a class of 5, 10, and 15 with a capability to produce till class 20 and 25.
The class indicates the hydraulic pressure at which the pipes are tested, which means that the class 15 pipe has been tested at a hydraulic pressure of 15kg/cm^2 and the working pressure put on the pipe is normally 50% of the test pressure. Having an annual production of 10000 to 20000 mt, we are equipped with the latest pipe manufacturing and quality control machines. With a fully capable and satisfied workforce, we are ready to take any challenge in the future.

Himalaya Asbestos Pvt. Ltd. is an industry leading AC pipes supplier, supplying individuals and companies with the products they need. We were founded in 1964 by Mr. Ram Sonkiya, and have been located in Jaipur ever since. Being one of the oldest firms supplying AC pressure pipes in Rajasthan and with an experience of more than 50 years, today we have established ourselves as one of the successful and leading AC Pressure Pipe Suppliers in the private sector. The current Directors, Mr. Ritesh Sonkiya and Mr. Rohit Sonkiya have continued this journey started by Mr. Ram Sonkiya and their vision is to be the biggest AC Pipe Supplier in the country helping millions of farmers and industries as a whole.
